15 Fancy Restaurants To Enjoy Your Marina Bay Sands Breakfast

Hello, breakfast lovers! If you enjoy starting your day with a delicious meal, then you’ll love the variety of available Marina Bay Sands breakfast menu options.

As someone who loves mornings as much as you do, I have personally tried and tested almost all the restaurants there.

So, let me recommend to you my list of 15 best restaurants in Marina Bay Sands to enjoy a lavish breakfast and kickstart your day.

REMINDER: Do note that the prices mentioned are based on the time I visited the restaurants. However, there are a few places I didn’t put the price because I forgot to take note of it during the visit.

1. Beanstro

Beanstro

Beanstro is a good choice of Marina Bay Sands breakfast restaurant. It is a halal restaurant that serves an all-day breakfast menu.

One of Beanstro’s popular breakfast dishes is the Breakfast Platter, which includes grilled sausage, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and toasted bread. Another option is the 3 Egg Omelette, which is an omelette filled with mushrooms, greens, turkey bacon, and cheese.

As the Breakfast Platter is my favourite breakfast dish wherever I go, I decided to order it.

Given the location and the soothing atmosphere it offers, it wasn’t surprising to me that it was priced at around S$20.

The grilled sausage was juicy and slightly smoky. The turkey bacon was crispy and salty.

The scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly, and the toasted bread was buttery and crispy.

However, I needed more than the portion size. Even after finishing the dish, I felt a little bit hungry.

I don’t know the portion of other dishes, but if you have a big appetite like me, who always asks for extra rice when eating chicken rice, the breakfast platter portion may not be sufficient for you.

However, if you have a smaller appetite, it would be perfect.

2. BreadTalk

BreadTalk

If you want to enjoy your Marina Bay Sands breakfast with pastries, BreadTalk is the perfect choice.

This bakery is pretty cool because it has an open kitchen concept. You can watch the chefs make the bread right in front of you.

BreadTalk’s best-selling item is the Flosss, a bun topped with a lot of its signature pork floss. I’m not a fan of pork, but I started to understand why it’s famous.

So, the bun is soft, and the floss is flavourful with just the right amount of saltiness. The floss also has a slightly chewy texture that pairs well with the soft and fluffy bun.

It’s so delicious and no wonder it is one of their top-selling products. Price-wise, it is reasonable (S$2.40).

Other than that, I also tried other bread such as Garlic Toast (S$1.6) and Egg-ppang (S$2.70). They are also delicious, and I could say they meet my expectations.

3. Origin + Bloom

Origin + Bloom

Origin + Bloom is another best choice of Marina Bay Sands breakfast restaurants.

Just like Beanstro, Origin + Bloom also offers an all-day breakfast menu. But instead of a breakfast platter or omelette, it focuses on its speciality which is sandwiches.

I ordered the Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Croissant (S$15). It’s a well-balanced dish with a variety of flavours that complement each other.

The croissant was delightfully flaky and buttery, the salmon smoky, and the fresh dill added a pleasant aroma. Besides, the creamy cream cheese gave the needed flavour to make the dish perfect.

While the price may seem a bit expensive for a croissant, the filling and presentation are satisfying. For me, it is worth the price.

Here are some of the other sandwich menus:

Capers, Onion, Bagel)

4. Spago Bar & Lounge

Spago Bar & Lounge

Spago offers the right occasion for a Marina Bay Sands rooftop breakfast. The restaurant has one of the most unique settings and views with the Infinity Pool that makes me feel like I’m at a beach club, all while being 57 floors above the city.

The breakfast here is a buffet. There were a variety of choices here such as Buttermilk Pancakes, Crispy Chicken Hor Fun, and Nasi Lemak.

The Nasi Lemak was nice. The rice and sambal were flavorful, but as a local, I’d be lying if I said it could beat stall nasi lemak.

My favourite was the Buttermilk Pancakes. The pancakes were soft, and the syrup and ice cream on top were the bomb.

There was also a free flow of coffee, tea, and juices.

As a person who can’t function properly without a morning coffee, the coffee here was not disappointing, but it can still be improved.

The price was a bit expensive for a buffet. However, considering the views you’ll get, it was worth it to me.

Money will still come back eventually.

Price S$52++ (Adult). S$22++ (Child, 6 to 12 years old)

Breakfast for children 5 years and under is free.

Operating Hours 7 am – 10.30am (Buffet closes at 10.30am)

5. Rasapura Masters

Rasapura Masters

Rasapura Masters is a food court in Marina Bay Sands. It is the most affordable place in the whole of MBS.

It is also packed most of the time on weekends. But what to do? You don’t have many options if you are looking for something cheap.

Most of the famous Singaporean dishes are here like chicken rice, Hokkien mee, wanton noodles and many more. There is also Korean and Japanese food.

I tried the Chicken Pepper Rice from Pepper Kitchen. The chicken and rice portions were good, and the pepper was okay, too—not too peppery until you feel like coughing.

I also tried the Three Layer Tea. The tea was good and the palm sugar syrup underneath was yummy.

Overall, the price for the food and beverage here was reasonable.

6. Toast Box

Toast Box

Another bread-related Marina Bay Sands breakfast menu is at Toast Box. As the name goes, this restaurant primarily serves toast.

This outlet made me feel atas a bit as I felt the setting is more luxurious than other Toast Box outlets I’ve been to. The price is also a little higher than other outlets.

I ordered the Traditional Kaya Toast set, which includes half-boiled eggs and Nanyang coffee. It is S$8 here compared to the standard S$4.

Luckily, the taste is consistent. The toast has a crunch to it, the portion of the kaya is good, and the coffee is kaw too.

The price isn’t worth it for a somewhat light meal. If I ever crave Toast Box, I’ll find other outlets.

Here are some of the other toast menus:

Toast and Sandwiches Price*
A La Carte Set
Traditional Kaya / Butter Sugar / Peanut Butter / Butter Toast $4 $8
Peanut Butter / Kaya / Butter Sugar / Butter Thick Toast
Floss Thick Toast

*The price is only applicable to Toast Box Marina Bay Sands

7. Da Paolo Gastronomia

Da Paolo Gastronomia

A popular hangout spot for a Marina Bay Sands breakfast session, Da Paolo Gastronomia will transport you to Italy.

This restaurant serves freshly prepared pastries, panini, breakfast sets, and Italian coffees. best Italian restaurants in SingaporeSome would argue that its one of the .

I ordered the Eggs Breakfast Set, and you can request how you like your eggs. I like mine scrambled.

The set also includes coffee of your choice, salad and toast. I chose a flat white with oat milk.

The egg was so good. It packed a rich, buttery flavour.

The coffee had a powdered oat milk taste instead of the usual liquid one, but overall, it was still good.

Here are some of the other menus you can find here:

  • Arrabbiata
  • Bolognese

8. RISE

RISE

RISE will be the second Marina Bay Sands breakfast buffet review on this list. It is also one of the best Chinese restaurants in Singapore.

The spread here was great with an abundance of selections from local and international.

Among the many things they served were goat cheese, smoked salmon, cereals, yoghurts, hash browns, baked beans and various eggs, including scrambled and omelette.

There were also 20+ types of pastries, including Pain au Chocolat and Chocolate Financiers. Fruits, Chinese fried noodles, Chinese fried rice, congees, steamed, fried, and baked dim sums were also available.

There were Japanese, Indian and Malay sections too.

The buffet opens as early as 6:30 a.m. I was there quite early, so there were very few people.

The setup was nice, and it was easy to differentiate each section. I took Coco Pops as I’m still young inside, and the milk was cold and fresh 🙂

Next, I had fried noodles, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. The noodle’s oiliness was right, as I didn’t feel greasy afterwards. The eggs were rich and buttery, and the hash browns were crispy.

I also drank two glasses of orange juice, which was so fresh and tasty.

At S$63, the price was worth it for me, given the vast selections you can choose from. I will come back here later.

Price S$63++ (Adult)
Operating Hours 6:30 am – 10:15 am (last seating)
Dress Code Casual. Guests in pool wear, gym or workout attire, hotel robe and/or hotel slippers will be denied entry.

9. Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay

Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay

Another great Marina Bay Sands breakfast menu can be found in Bread Street Kitchen, run by the famous Chef Gordon Ramsay. It serves a delightful selection of British cuisine, and the interior is elegant.

I ordered the English Breakfast (S$30), which came with bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomato, baked beans, and two eggs of my choice. I asked for scrambled and fried.

For a drink, there was a free flow of Prosecco, so I just opted for that.

The portion was significant; it was above my expectations. The taste was also excellent.

I don’t think I need to explain much since it’s a Gordan Ramsay’s restaurant.

Overall, it was really pleasant and I loved it. The high reputation of his name really lives up to it.

One more thing is that the breakfast/brunch menu is only available on weekends.

Here are some of the other breakfast menus:

Menu Price
The English Breakfast S$30
Eggs Benedict S$24
Grilled Sirloin Steak 200g S$42
Avocado on Toast S$26
BSK Poke Bowl S$24
Buttermilk Pancakes S$22
Bircher Muesli S$16

10. PS. Cafe

PS. Cafe

If you want to experience Parisian cafe culture, PS. Cafe is a great spot. The cafe has a private and serene feel, making it the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by.

Just like Bread Street Kitchen, the breakfast/brunch menu is only on weekends.

I ordered the Big Breakfast (S$29). The portion was big, and the taste was amazing, too.

It came with two eggs, bacon, spinach, toast, baked beans with sausage, tomato sauce for dipping, and truffle.

The eggs were creamy, the bacon had a smoky flavour, and the dipping sauce was deliciously sour. The sausage was big; it was a length from one end of the inside plate to the other.

I also ordered Irish Coffee (S$16). It is a black coffee with Irish whiskey and double cream added to it.

The taste was new to me. It was a blend of bitter, sweet and creamy.

Here are the other breakfast/brunch menus:

11. Yardbird Southern Table & Bar

Yardbird Southern Table & Bar

You can experience an American Marina Bay Sands breakfast at the Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, as it serves traditional American flavours.

During brunch, I had the Bacon Hash Waffle & Eggs (S$24). It had gravy, bacon, chives, and scrambled eggs.

I heartily recommend it. They were really delicious, and the portion was more than sufficient.

The taste of the bacon was smoky. The gravy had an unexplainably unique flavour, and the scrambled eggs were buttery and creamy.

The interior design is stunning. It’s an American farm aesthetic.

But if you want to take photos, the lighting is un-Instagrammable.

Here are some of the other menus:

Menu Price

12. TWG Tea

TWG Tea

My recent visit to TWG at Marina Bay Sands for breakfast left me with a satiated feeling.

I had the breakfast set of waffles and hot tea (S$29). They were really good.

The waffles were golden-brown and crispy, and the jelly and whipped cream made it even more extraordinary.

The tea is also very delicious. It tasted luxurious with delicate floral nuances.

TWG claims to be the finest tea in the world, and I couldn’t agree more. I’ve never tasted a tea like this before.

This restaurant’s uniqueness (or drawback, depending on your perspective) is that the breakfast menu is simple. There are only three options.

Menu Price
Eggs Platter + Tea S$39
Waffles + Tea S$29
Pancakes + Tea S$29

For tea, you can choose any of these two choices: New York Breakfast Tea (Hot) and Sweet Sahara Tea (Iced)

13. Dallas Cafe and Bar

Dallas Cafe and Bar

Another great place for a weekend Marina Sands breakfast is at Dallas Cafe and Bar. This restaurant faces the waterfront and is semi-indoors, so it’s a great place to watch the world go by.

I ordered an Egg and Bacon Roll with BBQ Sauce (S$9.50). It was a burger with egg and bacon instead of the usual patty.

The star of the dish was the delicious BBQ sauce. Its tangy, sweet, and smoky taste elevated the entire roll.

The bacon was crispy, and the fried egg was great.

For the beverage, I ordered a long black coffee. It was kaw and every sip was satisfying.

Here are some of the other breakfast menus:

Menu Price
Sourdough Toast S$6.50
Egg and Bacon Roll S$9.50
BLT Roll S$9.50
Eggs on Sourdough Toast S$11
Avocado and Tomato on Sourdough Toast S$15

14. Angelina

angelina

Angelina is a café that has existed since the French Belle Époque era in the early 1900s. This era is known as the “Beautiful Era”, when France saw an incredible artistic and intellectual blossoming.

The cafés and restaurants were the gathering places for the elites. Those who ate at the first restaurant were Proust, Coco Chanel, and the other biggest French fashion designers.

I recently visited here for brunch as I was craving pastries. My experience was filled with chocolate.

I discovered that their famous dishes are Mont-Blanc (S$18) and Éclair Chocolat (S$16), so I ordered them immediately. For my drink, I chose hot chocolate since it’s also well-known.

Everything was delicious and sweet. The level of sweetness was perfect for me, but some people have found it too much.

Therefore, bring your own water or ask the waiter. Overall, this is another great cafe for a Marina Bay Sands breakfast.

Here are some of the other pastries menu:

Menu Price
Macarons S$13
Eclair Chocolat

(Chou pastry, dark chocolate cream filling, dark chocolate icing)

S$16
Tarte Citron

(Sweet pastry, smooth lemon cream, candied lemon)

S$16
Paris-Brest

(Chou pastry, praline mousseline cream, hazelnut crunchy, caramelized hazelnuts, hazelnut paste)

S$17
Opera

(Almond chocolate biscuit soaked in coffee, crunchy praline biscuit, coffee and milk chocolate mousse)

S$17
Mont-Blanc

(Meringue, light whipped cream, chestnut cream vermicelli)

S$18

15. Bacha Coffee

Bacha Coffee

Bacha Coffee is one of the best places to have a Marina Bay Sands breakfast.

When I walked into the restaurant, I was immediately transported to Marrakech, the city where it was founded. The decorations were unique and impressive.

I decided to order the Tolteca Chocolate Coffee (S$8), which turned out to be a tasty treat!

I didn’t even need to add sugar because the coffee and chocolate taste was balanced. The fragrance was also delightful.

The presentation of the coffee was also impressive with a glass straw, cream, and sugar stirrer. For that price point, it was totally worth it.

Even the cardholder was also well-made!

I also ordered two pieces of Butter Croissant (S$8), and it was the best croissant I’ve ever tasted. It was buttery, flaky, and creamy, with a unique taste that I can’t describe.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, but I’m sure I’ll be back for more. Here are some of the other menus:

Menu Price
Butter Croissant, 2 pieces S$8
1910 Coffee & Chocolate Croissant, 2 pieces S$8
Raspberry & Cinnamon Croissant, 2 pieces S$8
Almond Croissant, 2 pieces S$8
Kaya Croissant, 2 pieces S$8
Pistachio Croissant, 2 pieces S$8
Croissant of the Month, 2 pieces S$8

Conclusion

If you’re a local or tourist in Singapore, you simply cannot miss out on the exquisite selection of Marina Bay Sands breakfast menu.
