1. Ginger Restaurant
Ginger Restaurant is the first on this list of the best buffet in Singapore. Ginger Restaurant is also a halal-certified buffet in Singapore.
Ginger’s menu is focused and offers a carefully chosen, high-quality selection, which is what makes it unique. Even though the buffet may not overwhelm you with options, Ginger stands out because of its carefully considered choices.
You will discover a haven of prawns, mussels, and scallops. The sashimi spread with salmon, octopus, and tuna is a delightful ocean delight. They are also incredibly fresh, demonstrating that sometimes less really is more.
Ginger, however, ventures beyond seafood and into cooked foods. Highlights include Singapore Chili Crab with Mantou, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Slow-braised Beef Rendang.
There were cakes and kuehs for dessert too. The Durian Pengat was so delicious and the highlight dessert for me.
For drinks, the only free options were water, coffee, and tea. Other options such as soft drinks are available as an add-on. Despite the limited selection, the restaurant succeeds in providing above-average food quality that makes each bite worth the money spent.
With its Ala carte buffet system, Ginger embraces technology and adds a modern touch. Gone are the days of traditional order-taking; instead, you can place orders with ease using a mobile phone and a QR code provided.

2. The Line
The Line is a great option for a buffet in Singapore. The variety of options is unbelievable! To begin with, the sushi and seafood section is the star of the buffet. It’s well-liked by all, and for good reason—you get a lot of delicious bites for your money.
There’s still more! Chinese roast, satay, a laksa counter, Indian dishes, Hong Kong cuisine, and even some Mediterranean fare are all available. Additionally, there is a salad and cheese bar available for those who prefer lighter options.
They are tea and coffee machines ready to serve you a warm cup of your preferred brew. There are also waffles, miniature pastries, and creamy ice cream awaiting you in this dessert paradise.
Let’s now discuss a few of the highlights. The roast beef tastes amazing, and the salmon sashimi is as fresh as it gets. The best part is that they have truffle on their mashed potatoes, which gives them extra flavour points.
The Line has food from all over the world, whether you prefer it hot or cold. And the dessert bar is a veritable heaven for people who love sweets.
The atmosphere is perfect—cosy and filled with a reassuring scent that instantly puts you at ease. There’s lots of seating, and a dedicated area for small children has been considered for families.

3. Estate Restaurant
Estate Restaurant at Hilton is another best buffet in Singapore. It is one of the most memorable buffets I’ve experienced.
The selection of dishes is diverse. Estate Restaurant offers an array of cold cuts and cheeses, as well as the freshest seafood available. You must try their Truffle Peking Duck and Truffle Pasta. The main course consisted of Western, Chinese, and Indian dishes such as Lobsters, Oysters in White Wine, and Beef Wellington.
Kids are welcome at this restaurant as well. While you eat in peace, the kids can run wild in the nearby room. Additionally, magician Jerryl is present to amaze them with his tricks.
The layout of Estate Restaurant is unique. You will need to do some exploring to find different cuisines as the food spreads throughout different areas. The only drawback of this restaurant it can sometimes become a little noisy.

4. Seasonal Tastes
Seasonal Tastes is one of the places you must visit when looking for a buffet in Singapore. It is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds!
The restaurant is very lovely on its own. The location offers a fantastic view of the sea and a luxurious feel.
There is something for everyone there. They have fresh lobster, oysters, and crab claws. The desserts are like a dream come true, and the roasts are incredibly juicy.
The seafood spread is a little on the basic side, but the quality is excellent in my opinion. It also doesn’t have a large drink counter. Only some brewed coffee and tea were available.
There’s a live pasta station and a carving station where they serve up freshly cut meats.
Additionally, while you enjoy your food, there are entertaining activities for the younger crowd, such as decorating cupcakes and cookies.
The dessert bar is a sweet haven. There’s chocolate fondue, fresh fruit, a variety of sweet treats like cakes and cupcakes, and five different flavours of ice cream: avocado, mango sorbet, chocolate chip, dark chocolate, and vanilla.

5. Peppermint
Peppermint is a vegetarian friendly and halal buffet in Singapore. It’s an amazing buffet with a variety of Asian and international dishes. The chefs cook In the open kitchen, making sure that your favourites are fresh.
The birds in cages surrounding the dining area add to the specialness of the dining experience.
The sushi bar is a popular spot, and the seafood selection is excellent. People wait in line to enjoy the succulent, fresh salmon sashimi. It’s not a huge spread, but every bite is well worth the cost.
Made with almost pure durian, the durian pengat is a must-try. For something unique, you can try the peppermint sorbet if you’re craving something refreshing.
Please keep in mind that Peppermint has a dress code. Wear smart-casual attire and appropriate shoes. Flip-flops or shorts are not allowed.

6. Hai Tien Lo
Hai Tien Lo is the best buffet in Singapore if you’re into Cantonese cuisine. The weekend buffet is a perfect opportunity for you to explore the rich and diverse flavours of Cantonese food.
Hai Tien Lo is unique in that it offers traditional Cantonese cuisine with a modern twist. Using old recipes, this award-winning restaurant takes you on a culinary adventure with a wide selection of classic dishes. Not only that, but their talented chefs have created a “new Cantonese” menu as well.
One of the standout dishes is the Mini Buddha Jumps Over The Wall. The soup is clear and hot. Additionally, it has the deep flavours of fresh, quality ingredients like tiny abalone and dried scallops infused into it. The best part is that it guarantees a healthy and genuine taste because it doesn’t reek of MSG.

7. Colony
Putting Colony on the list of the best buffet in Singapore is a must. The buffet at Colony’s is a delightful culinary adventure that combines flavours from the West, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, and the locals, offering buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from seven open kitchens.
There is a wide variety of food available at the buffet, and the food is of excellent quality. The abundance of seafood, which includes prawns, oysters, sashimi, crab legs, and even king crab, is an interesting feature. There’s a long queue for crab legs and oysters when dinner begins. Even though the oysters are tiny, but they’re flavorful and the wait is worth it in my opinion.
Food like grilled Boston lobster, snow crab legs, and an assortment of desserts make Colony stand out from the others. The Lobster Laksa gives an authentic touch to the experience, and the creamy mushroom soup is highly praised.
Having tea, coffee, and other drinks available makes eating more enjoyable. The excellently made risotto with truffle topping is one of the dishes you must try. But the quality of the buffet goes beyond any one dish. With its cakes, adorable macarons, Asian kuehs, and delicious signature peanut candy ice cream, the dessert station is a paradise if you have a sweet tooth.
The atmosphere of the restaurant improves the dining experience even further. It’s the perfect place for you to hold parties, with a classy yet laid-back vibe that sets it apart from other buffets. The layout is impressive as it is spacious. You can search for your food easily without the hassle of crowded areas.

8. Silver Shell Cafe
Silver Shell Cafe is another best buffet in Singapore. They have a daily dinner buffet, and I love how they mix things up throughout the week.
- Monday: Flavours Around the World. A spread that combines traditional Western fare with flavours from Asia, India, Southern America, and Spain.
- Tuesday: Meat Lovers Night. Western and Asian roasted meats
- Wednesday and Sunday: Singapore Good Ol’ Days. A taste of the classic Singaporean hawker cuisine, including Singapore Black Pepper Crab, Bak Kut Teh, Char Kway Teow, and Satay.
- Thursday: Tropical Night. A taste of vibrant, fruity, and fresh flavours
- Friday and Saturday: Seafood Sensation. Premium seafood cooked in a variety of ways.
Since I was only there on Monday, I can only speak to that specific buffet. There are seafood appetizers, Italian, Western, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, and local favorites like scallops, clams, Porchetta, sausages, Salmon Nigiri, pork belly, fried rice and Tandoori Chicken.
There’s also a good selection of desserts, such as cheese cakes, cream puffs, kueh, and crepes, to satisfy your sweet tooth.
The buffet also includes coffee and fruits. And here’s a nice bonus: End your wonderful evening with a stroll along the beach point.

9. Alley On 25
The “Weekend & Public Holiday Lazy Breakfast” at Alley On 25 is a unique idea that I haven’t seen anywhere else. I recently gave it a try, and it totally won me over. After trying it, I’m sure the concept is worthy of a place on the best buffet in Singapore list.
The breakfast buffet is a dream come true for me. They have everything from waffles to cheeses, fresh juices, made-to-order eggs at the egg station, and delightful Asian fare. What sets them apart even more is that you also get to choose a main course from a separate menu.
The seating arrangement is incredibly comfortable and intimate, and the variety is incredible. The regular buffet lineup is a breakfast wonderland, with cold cuts, cheese, a cold seafood platter, a basket full of various pieces of bread, cereal, yogurt, and the list goes on. They serve main dishes like Crab Pasta too.
Not only is there an abundance of food, but it tastes absolutely delicious. The dessert selection lacked a little bit of variety, which was my only drawback in terms of the spread.
The gorgeous views of Singapore’s downtown area and the abundance of natural light make my Sunday breakfast there truly delightful. Overall, it’s a great way to unwind and have a leisurely breakfast. Without a doubt, Alley On 25 has earned its reputation as one of my favourite places in the city.

Shin Minori is an affordable Japanese buffet in Singapore that serves high-quality, fresh food without breaking the bank.
The sushi spread is a sushi lover’s paradise. They have many varieties and all are produced right on the spot. I promise you’ll leave feeling completely satisfied.
The buffet only gets better with hot pot, yakitori, salads, soup, appetizers, ramen, udon, and even ice cream.
I would want to shoutout the Aburi Truffled Edamame, which was so good that I ate three bowls of it despite being full! The blowtorched swordfish is also very tasty. It’s sweet and fatty. You should try the crunchy spider tacos too!

12. Kushi Japanese Dining
If you’re looking for a great a la carte Japanese buffet in Singapore, Kushi is the place to be. There’s something for everyone among the more than 120 dishes offered, which include grilled meat, chawanmushi, tempura, oysters, and sushi and sashimi.
Kushi is unique because of their dedication to authenticity. If you’re lucky, you might get to try some seasonal specialities imported straight from Japan; just ask the helpful staff if they have any.
Try the Pitan Tofu. It’s a delicious appetizer that’s subtle and creamy. I like the meat skewers as it is perfectly seasoned and not too overpowering.
The dessert is not disappointing because the crepe cake is light and not overly sweet, and the ice cream is truly delicious.
For drinks, there is a refillable hot and cold green tea available.
The food is amazing so the restaurant is constantly busy. It’s recommended to book in advance.

14. K. Cook Korean BBQ Buffet
If you’re looking for the best buffet in Singapore serving Korean food, K. Cook is another great option.
You can enjoy free-flowing meats here such as sausages, shaved beef slices, duck breast, short rib, and more. If you want seafood, they have prawns and squids.
In addition, they have some delicious pickles, sweets, soft drinks, and fresh fruit if you’re in the mood for something lighter.
The cooked food spread is also pretty amazing as they serve homemade noodles, Korean pancakes, fries, fish cakes, japchae, fried rice, soy chicken, and many more.
Just so you know, there may not be many options when it comes to desserts. The cool thing though, for an extra $20, you can get free-flowing Tiger Beer.
K. Cook offers dining areas with and without air conditioning. I would advise sitting outside with huge ceiling fans if you’d rather not smell like barbecue afterwards.

15. Dookki
Dookki is a fantastic all-you-can-eat Tteokbokki (rice cakes) buffet. It is not your usual Korean BBQ buffet in Singapore.
Here, you can enjoy yourself in a sea of deliciously prepared Tteokbokki. The eight different varieties of rice cakes that are directly from Korea add even more excitement to the experience. Some have delicious fillings, while others have adorable and unique shapes.
Personally, the rice cakes here are chewy and soft just like the real ones I had in Korea.
You can add a variety of ingredients to enhance your Tteokbokki experience, though. Among them are fish cake noodles, fish cake oden, and QQ noodles. They also have all the fried foods you could want, including fried chicken, gyoza, vermicelli, and dumplings.
Soft drinks are also available. Even though the cups are tiny, you can always get a quick refill.

16. Crystal Jade Xiao Long Bao Buffet
Crystal Jade Xiao Long Bao is one of the best buffet in Singapore. The catch is that it’s not available all year round, so be sure to watch for the announcement of this special event.
This buffet serves a lot of prawns, xiao long bao, and a variety of mouthwatering meats. Just picture a table full of these delicious treats!
However, just so you know, things can get pretty crowded, and there may not be enough staff members to attend to your needs. Additionally, you only have 1.5 hours to eat. If you’re considering visiting, come early or during off-peak hours.
Although it could get a little rowdy at dinnertime, it’s a great place for get-togethers. So, this is the place to be if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere.
Don’t pass up their spicy dumplings. Try the dong ding oolong, pork floss with salted yolk pastry puffs, and mugwort steamed glutinous dumplings too. They’re really delicious!

With a focus on vegetarian dim sum, Lingzhi Vegetarian Restaurant is the best buffet in Singapore for vegetarians. This restaurant is a gem, whether you’re a vegetarian or just interested about the vegetarian dim sum.
This restaurant is unique in that it offers a huge selection of vegetarian dim sum dishes. Along with well-known favourites like char siew sou (pork pastry), char siew bao (barbecue pork buns), and siew mai. They also offer ten varieties of steamed dumplings.

18. Oscar’s @ Conrad Centennial Hotel
Oscar’s is one of the best buffet in Singapore in terms of food quality and selection. They are open seven days a week, serving delectable food from all over the world, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
There’s an incredible array of dishes at Oscar’s, spread among fifteen different counters. Everything is available, including both international and local dishes.
Their charcoal barbecue is one of their standout food. Also, don’t forget to visit the seafood bar.
For cheese lovers like me, I like that they have a special station just for cheese. And there also are plenty of options available for desserts.
I loved the chocolate fondue. The slightly sour strawberries next to it served as a kind of counterbalance to the rich chocolate sauce.
You should definitely try the truffle mashed potatoes, especially with the lamb. Additionally, you shouldn’t miss the butter chicken if you enjoy chicken.

19. Carousel Buffet Restaurant
There is something special and something for everyone at Carousel. First of all, you can be sure that it is good for everyone because it is certified Halal.
In terms of cuisine, it’s similar to having a world tour on your plate. They have everything from raw oysters to prawns, lobster, sashimi, and sushi. They have roast beef, roast chicken, and a delicious Indian spread with naan and curries. They also have chocolate fondue, ice cream gelato and creme brulee waiting for you.
Carousel don’t hold back on the good stuff. The seafood and oysters are plentiful and they quickly replenish to keep everything fresh. The best part is that the price is well worth the money in my opinion.
After eating here, it makes sense why they have won the AsiaOne People’s Choice Awards seven times for “Best Buffet in Singapore.”

20. 21 On Rajah
21 On Rajah is halal certified and the best buffet in Singapore that serves MediterrAsian cuisine. It’s a blend of Mediterranean and Asian flavours like paellas, curries, sushi, and mezze platters.
The selection is impressive with options like salads, seafood, sashimi, main courses, and desserts. I like the fresh cold-boiled prawns. Their flesh is firm and sweet. For durian lovers, the famous Durian Mousse is a must-try. You’ll be surprised by the intense flavour.
21 on Rajah has a beautiful outdoor terrace with breathtaking city views, perfect for those who enjoy dining al fresco. It’s the ideal location for enjoying your meal in a laid-back and amazing atmosphere.
It is important to note that there is an additional fee for cold beverages. The package includes only tea, coffee, and cold water.
