Cool yourselves down at Momolato, a halal-certified ice cream parlour offering keto and vegan options!
If you’re feeling adventurous, try their experimental flavours like Laksa and Goat Cheese & Cherries. Otherwise, our favourite is always their Honey Chamomile Lychee Rose.
2. Meomi Cat Cafe
Open daily: 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM
Fancy spending some time with cute felines? Then head over to Meomi Cat Cafe!
This cafe charges an entrance fee to spend time with its kitties, but you will also receive a complimentary drink for the first hour. Additional charges may apply for every half-hour extension of your visit.
The best part of this cafe is that you can also have some light bites while playing with the cats. Try their Belgian waffles or chocolate cake.
3. Coffee Donkee
Open daily: 10.00 AM – 10.00 PM
Coffee connoisseurs, rejoice! Coffee Donkee offers beautiful beans flown in from Japan so you can experience excellent coffee.
The cafe has a beautiful swing and lawn set up, which is very inviting after a long stroll on Haji Lane. The best thing is you can also grab the coffee beans back home to brew if you like their beans!
4. Rumi The Poet’s Cup
Open daily: 11.00 AM – 11.00 PM
Looking for a sugar rush at Haji Lane, then head to Rumi The Poet’s Cup! This Muslim-owned cafe serves artisanal drinks alongside sweet desserts like ice cream, waffles and brownies.
If you’re a teh tarik gal like me, then be sure to try their ice-blended teh tarik called Rumi Teh Tarik. Otherwise, go for their famous Hazel Rocher, a chocolate ice-blended drink inspired by the Ferrero Rocher chocolate!
5. Cafe Margaret
Fri – Wed, 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM
Step into Cafe Margaret, and you’ll be transported straight to Seoul. Originally from Seoul, it is the first cafe to branch out outside Korea!
Their cube pies are all the rage here—go for their best-seller, the Injeolmi, which has a nutty flavour. If cube pies aren’t your jam, then try their pound cakes, which are only available in Singapore. Raspberry is my go-to!
6. NestCha
Mon-Sun, 12.00 PM – 9.00 PM
Fri – Sat, 12.00 PM – 9.30 PM
One thing is for sure: you will go home with Instaworthy shots if you vist NestCha. This cafe is filled with eye-catching boxcakes for dessert and handcrafted beverages!
My personal picks are the purple Taro Machi Milk and their Mango Pomelo Bird’s Nest for drinks. For light bites, go for their famous Yam Chicken Floss Mochi Cake.
7. Honeybee
Sun – Thurs: 11.30 AM – 9.30 PM
Fri – Sat: 11.30 AM – 10.00 PM
Get some real honeycomb desserts right here at Haji Lane. Hailing from Malaysia (Johor), Honeybee has set up a shop offering honeycomb-based desserts, cold drinks and yoghurt options.
Don’t worry—they still carry other flavours if honey isn’t really your jam. My go-to honeycomb dessert is their golden honeybee served with soft serve. For non-honey options, go for their strawberry kiwi yoghurt.
8. All Things Delicious
Open daily: 7.00 AM – 8.00 PM
This cafe offers sweet treats, breakfast, lunch, and other mains to order!
Although they are well known for their pastries, their Shakshouka is quite popular and makes a great dish to share with your gang. We also recommend that you try their soy-glazed salmon with avocado! Ah, chef’s kiss!
9. Finally Coffee
Tues – Sun, 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM
Need to slow down and enjoy some coffee after walking the bustling Haji Lane? Head over to Finally Coffee!
Not only do they offer exquisite coffee (flown from Australia) for you coffee lovers, their cafe is all about taking a moment to chill. For non-coffee lovers, you can find options of Matcha Latte, Caramel Chocolate and others.
A small pastry menu is also available if you like munching some goodness!
10. Limaa Cafe
Mon – Sat : 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM
Need to keep to your #eatclean diet? Look no further and head to Limaa Cafe, which is made just for you folks watching your diet!
Limaa Cafe offers everyday food but is made healthier. It means you can enjoy that beef rendang without any guilt!
We recommend you go for their Trio Pow, which comes with pulled beef, aioli prawn and herb chicken as filling. You can also go for their Chic Platter, which comes in two sizes to share. The platter has a whole roasted chicken for the larger size, sweet potato wedges, salad, and a garlic dip.
