4. Altro Zafferano
As one of the best Italian restaurants in Singapore, Altro Zafferano stands out to me mainly because of the journey the menu takes you, through the beautiful Italian regions featuring their delicacies.
One such dish that I would highly recommend is the Venetian region’s pigeon breast and leg served with rich pigeon jus and a black shallot pâté. As the Italians would say, it was just bellissimo!

10. Cicheti
The real OG when it comes to hand-made Italian pasta, Cicheti is super well-known amongst those who love their decadent, al-dente pastas.
Personally, this is my favourite amongst some of the best Italian restaurants in Singapore mainly because of their creativity in delivering scrumptious food. Though I have my go-to dishes, one that blew my mind was their daily special frutti di mare dish – it was no less than having it in Bologna, Italy itself!
For something a little more spicy, go for the tonnarelli nero, pasta cooked with lump crabmeat, chilli, garlic, spicy crumb and get ready to be transported directly to the blue lake of Como!

Touted as one of the best Italian restaurants in Singapore, Fiamma’s menu is inspired by the chef’s grandmother, serving up homemade Italian classics. Personally, this is definitely the place to go with some of your vegetarian friends as their hearty Italian menu boasts more than just a few vegetarian dishes.
For those of you who are not, I’d recommend their Risotto Al Funghi Porcini Mantecato Al Parmigiano, cheesy enough to keep you full or if you wish for something lighter, go for their Spaghetti in Squid Ink Sauce.

They have the largest collection of mozzarella and burrata which are imported directly from Italy. I cannot walk away from this place without having their Burrata Peperonata, so very fresh and creamy. For something a little more filling, go for their highly raved pumpkin mac and cheese.
